This is a very beautifully presented report. However, I have my doubts about the role that the web and social media can play. Certainly it offers a new avenue and opens up a new public space which can be used to discuss and organise change – but in the end this space is only available to those who have access and these are very limited in number. I agree with the last speaker when he says that it is only one of the factors in the revolutionary movement – a facilitator certainly – but not the prime mover.
